1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and imenang ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by imenang.

By accessing or using the imenang platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms contained herein, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

2 User Eligibility

To use imenang services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.
• Imenang does not charge any additional fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be owned by you.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for digital wallets and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• The recipient account name must match the name of the same imenang account holder.
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Imenang reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Imenang offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules that will be stated on the Promotions us.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new users who have not previously registered.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
